I think that learning to stop eating when you are not hungry has been a big thing for me. I used to mindlessly snack in the evenings even though I ate pretty healthily during the day. Since I started logging my food I have cut out nearly all of this snacking. I think each individual is an individual - stop eating when you…

I've lost no weight this week yet but my arms look so good - they look toned! (Not big strong muscles but definitely toned up much more so I'm chuffed). Also, my work trousers aren't cutting me in half when I sit down

I know exactly what you mean! Lucky I got you to look at my diary and tell me to up protein etc... it's all a journey and awareness is the first step - no falling back into bad old ways.

If you are hungry then listen to your body - maybe you should check out foods which keep you satisfied for longer, make sure you are hydrated and good luck :-)

I've got it, I had it years ago and forgot about it. Now I am trying to get fitter etc I have dug it out and I have done some of the routines again. They worked for me in the past but at the moment I am doing the 30 day shred so am giving it a rest. When my 30 days is up I think I might combine the strong women routine…

Definitely kick!!! LOL

Maybe I'm cynical - but you could put up any picture, it might not be the actual person, so I don't pay much attention to profile pics of super worked out men....also, there is such a thing as being too muscled (for me anyway!)

I just managed to get Tae bo 1 the future of fitness on video. Really nice that you are all recommending it as a workout....excited about trying it :-)

I don't know if this helps - but I have just been looking up deficiencies and foods rich in certain nutrients (for me because my nails are weak) and noticed that zinc deficiency is linked to hair loss so thought I would post it up in case it helps!

I've seen some diaries on here of people who don't eat anywhere near 1200 and eat crappy food - if they are my friends then I will comment on that because I am worried about their health. The only reason I will de-friend someone is if they NEVER comment on my food / exercise but only talk about themselves...after all…
