Thanks for all your advice and support - you are right. I will enjoy the holiday but I will also try and make good choices. I tried the Vicki Forman stretch and strength yoga last night (vid on you tube) - really helped with sore shoulders and thighs. I would definitely recommend doing yoga along with the 30 day shred :-) I am going to do day 2 in a few minutes - just psyching myself up ...

There are a few groups where people do the 30 days together which really helps too.

I have always been so embarassed even just to walk fast though my village and get out of breath and all red where people can see me but your Dr Seuss quote just unlocked something in my mind. I am going to chant this to myself as I go out today. THANK YOU! :drinker:

I think part of why this website works is that you don't just tell someone you are losing weight or getting fit and then stop talking about it and never do it.
