  • Oh, yes, my challenges. Stayed under carbs and sodium! woohooo! Did not do any strength training. I fell asleep on the couch after dinner. In my gym clothes, actually. lolol I woke up and felt like a doofus. Oh well, I got yoga in. Plan on going to the gym right after work tomorrow so I can't lose my motivation!
  • I LOST 4 POUNDS!!!! Start: 204 Today: 200! AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Also, I like the challeneges this week. I'm going to focus on keeping my carbs under, and my sodium around where it should be (I always seem to go WAY over there!)

  • I'm so bad with the not eating out thing. Tonight, we are going out for fish. Which is a usual friday thing (not the fish, going out) with some friends. Tomorrow we are going to a museum in a city about 2 hours away, and we'll probably have dinner on the way home. At least there will be TONS of walking at the museum. :)…
