  • I make stir-fry quite regularly with Quorn pieces with noodles. The Quorn website has a lot of recipes. Have you tried Linda McCartney foods? The burgers are really good and have only about 60 calories. Feel free to add me and look at my diary.

  • This is me too :) I can cook for the rest of the family but I'm veggie myself. Can't stand the thought of eating meat.
  • I recently started making pizza with Warburtons square wraps as the base. They turn out really nice and low calorie too. I make it with light pesto and low fat cheese and it works out about 325 calories.

  • I often have an omelet with 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, mushrooms and a little bit of cheese. I have a plastic thing that means you can make it in the microwave which speeds it up in the morning.
  • It's not fantastic but Lambrini do a light version at 40 calories a glass. It's also cheap.
