Incorrect.. I went from a 42 DD to a 34 C - I had lost 95lb, I took up whitewater kayaking which gave me immensely strong pecs My boobs were perky. Work on your pecs and there's no need for evasive surgery. Kayaking was my way, I'm sure lifting would be similar in building the muscle needed to fix the sag.

When I lost 96lb my bewbs drastically reduced in size and it was wonderful. Plus they stayed up... whilst a fat girl is when they sagged... and now having gained back 76 the giant saggy bewbs are back, I''m looking forward to the smalification when I lose again.

I log the fruits religiously as I track my sugar and calories, both of which can be quite high in fruit. I log the vegetables when I have a lot of time and doesn't bother me to spend 5 minutes on my iphone searching for calories in a carrot... other than then no to logging veggies, because it's friggen tedious and the 3…

I do squats when I go to the bathroom. Usually about 15-20.

Agree. I know what I'm doing, and people on my friends list find out what I do via chat amongst ourselves and status updates. That's the motivation factor, the pat on the back from a friend for exercising.... none of my friends would be all up in my face that I didn't bear my diary to them. I'm accountable to me and me…

^^This^^ it's no secret, but it's my food, my life. I log everything to track my calories to make sure I don't go over, I don't kid myself and don't see any reason why someone else in the world needs to be bothered as to whether I had an apple as a snack today or a cheese string.

Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad was great! I highly recommend Catch 22 by Joseph Heller... it's my favorite book of all time. I recently read Lullaby by Chuck Palahniuk, one of the creepiest books I've ever read, but I couldn't put it down. Very captivating. Disturbing, but captivating.

I have a 1.57 L Jug of water at my desk. I try to drink one in the morning, refill at lunch and drink it again before I leave, making sure I have at least 3 L of water during the day. As you can imagine I need to pee frequently. I do 10 - 20 squats everytime I go to the washroom. lol. It seems to do the trick.
