Wonderful!! Finally. Add me... whatever reason anyone is here for it should be fun! (and sarcastic, goofy, naughty, and possibly deranged)

OMG I'm dying.

When my Grandmother was put on a 1200 calorie diet by her doctor she lost a ton of weight rather rapidly, when she returned to the doctor for her next appointment he was shocked and clearly upset... he asked her what she had been doing and she answered that she had been following his recommendation of 1200 calories…

I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in all my life. My boss was walking by too, and I'm trying to recover, but totally crying. lmao.

It's 2lbs, who gives a flying eff?!! For real. Weight fluctuates all day everyday, a person would go mad and probably develop a very real eating disorder if they lived like that. Reason states that if you put on a pair of jeans and they fit nicely and you look good, then less than 24 hours later you are up 2lbs, try on the…

Enter yet another 1200 calorie diet thread. Aaaaaaaaaaand GO!!

My bad... lol Better? The problem with using liquid as your food source is your brain doesn't register it as food, so despite near 300 calories, in a half an hour to hour you'll be hungry again and still looking for actual food. Have the shakes if you want, a lot of people use them as a post workout snack because of the…

or Seems easy decision to me.

^^ This is the first response and best tho' I'm sure this will be a million page thread. It in fact could have ended with the very first response. lol.

Numbers 3, 4, and 5 for me. I lost 90lb, I was very active but blew my knee out right around the time I met my huband. I hobbled around for a bit and in the new relationship went out to eat a lot etc. getting pretty comfortable in the process, I could barely move so I wasn't exactly burning off the extra cals I was taking…

Firefly was an amazing show, but being that Fox pre-empted it for every stupid sporting event in the free world no one was able to watch it enough at the time. It had a very loyal following, but the giant number of people loving it now are people that never even watched it when it aired, they're the people that saw the…

I've done the same thing, and this helped me immensely! Wine is the devil for me because I could just keep drinking it like water, before I know it I've finished a bottle and downed up to 700 calories in the process. I started drinking a light beer, but I hate light beer and found I just drank more also, I figured I might…

I have the same issue, protein is what works for me. I have no problems as long as I have my protein intake higher, and eat every couple hours.

Bravo!

He'd likely think it was better time spent on MFP than the alternative.... http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1373521-extremely-embarrassed-at-work

I drink 4 Litres of water a day, which is just over a Gallon (like 3 3/4 Litres in Gallon roughly) That's when I'm just sitting at a desk most of the day. If I'm out riding bike I'll drink 2 litres in an hour... you'll sweat it out, and it will flush your system. If anything it will help you. If it's hot out and you are…

^^This. You list yourself as being in WA, and as such read up on Washington Law, from what I gather In the state of Washington, the person recording the conversation must announce to the other people involved in the conversation that it is being recorded, and record the announcement that they are in fact recording. That…

I did the exact same thing, pretty much the exact same amount lost and then regained..... I'm now down 25lb, on my way back. You're not alone, I think it's quite common. Reaching a goal and stopping. I remember being so relieved, like ' Oh thank god I can have whatever I want, and it's ok to miss exercise" I also believed…

"Allison fell from the window of her 14th floor walk up just hours before her wedding.... now sometimes, just sometimes when the moon is just right, you can still see the shadow of her dress in the very window of which she fell to her death...."

I really love this one!! If I were re-marrying I would totally do it. Haha.

As long as Shia Labeouf isn't in it, I'm happy!

Ummmm yeaaah. Why would anyone want to eat this? lol. In any case... will this preven YOU from being able to eat it? Does your regimented plan of feeding only exist if he's eating it too? I'm confused. If my husband phoned and said he'd already eaten and not to worry about him it would affect nothing. If I had planned on…

Bingo! This would be a deal breaker for me. Someone else wrote: Oral falls under being satisfied sexually. I feel the same if roles reversed as well. I know a couple where she expects and enjoys this action, but refuses to give it... wtf.
