I can relate to what you are saying and how you are feeling....because I would do well all day, then binge at night. What helped me was eating more during the day....and working out at night. That is what helps for me because by the time I work out and shower, I am ready to go to bed. I do not WANT to eat anything else…

Yeah I do find it hard to eat so much at times....my TDEE is like 2800, but cut it 20% it is 2200 calories. I still don't that much but what I have been doing is starting to eat my calories back from exercise as instructed on this site. I will see how that works by the end of the week. I have a date witg Shaun T tonight!!!! I can't wake up early and work out. I am no good and end up )being tired. I prefer working out after I put my son to bed. It's a part of my me time now!!!! Then I take a shower and relax until I fall asleep!!!!

So true!!!! I had to be honest with myself...I used to cry about how hard it was, and I couldn't lose weight...but guess what?! I was in so much denial lol I would eat the calories alloted for the day and then binge at night....I make sure I hold myself accountable for EVERYTHING!!!!! I recommend using MFP's calculations…
