I don't eat back the calories all the time. If I incorporate all my fruits, veggies, carbs, protein, etc. and it only amounts to 1400 calories or so and I am satiated and not hungry, then I am not going to force feed myself for the sake of eating more. Not sure if my diary is made public, but I am guilty of perusing my friend's diaries, if not for some motivation or food/recipe ideas!!!! And I do notice when some friends of friends do cheer them on sometimes when they do make unhealthy choices lol it is what it is.
