Seems to me it's salt!!!! If I eat anything with too much sodium the scale is going up 5-10 lbs!!! I am going through this right now. Constant ups and downs....trying to get it under control.....I am thinking maybe I need a new battery for my scale too!!! We shall see!!!!

This is my opinion....People like to eat more protein because you lose weight faster. I was eating back my calories sometimes, but I realize after getting a heart rate monitor I was estimating my calorie burn on the higher side. But like most people say. I will eat them if I am hungry, or save them for a time in the week when I want to go out and have a few drinks or a fast food meal or something.

I am glad I am not alone. I fell off this past weekend and gained 8 damn lbs!!!!! but guess I just have to start over. I am not changing my ticker though until I am SURE this is just water weight....but it's looking like it's not though.

After I had my son I was about 30lbs lighter than I was when I got pregnant. My clothes were loose, but I don't think I would have been able to fit a smaller size. Oh I ate about 2000+ over!!!! I planned to exercise but I didn't. I was about 925 over when I got home, but when I stepped on the scale and saw I put on 6lbs of water, I guess I went overboard with the cookies and frozen yogurt!!!! Oh well!!!!! Haven't binged like that in a long time.....not going to beat myself up for it…

Only thing I can think of is that my sodium tended to be a little high....but I think I am okay since I am eating mostly organic now....we will see what happens. Thanks for the advice and support guys!!!!

My daily calorie goal is 1510, but I usually eat about 1700-1900 when I exercise. Today is the 4th (and my rest day) but I think I am going to work out a bit today so I can eat more lol Oh and feel free to add me as well
