Thank you everyone for sharing, I had the same concern and except for two teaspoon in my coffee most of my sugars are from fresh fruit. I will not worry about it as much anymore.

I often feel that way on Saturdays and Sundays... feel like if I work all week I deserve to do nothing on weekends... I start my day with water,, but I NEED my one cup of COFFEE in the morning, but it is water for the rest of the day... As a treat once in a while I have a Diet cola.

Hi, when I feel lazy, to motivate myself I put music on and start dancing in my living room, sometimes I start slow dancing then for some strange reason I get into it and start dancing silly... LOL Hope this helps, music always makes me move. Good Luck
