A super easy one is slow cooker leg quarters...I'm a breast girl but these come out to tender that I even like them....place 6-7 leg quarters in a slow cooker, season the chicken with your fave seasoning I use everglades seasoning, mix 1 cup bbq sauce and 2 cups water together, pour over chicken, place on low and cook 4-5…

My wedding! But I have set back and gave it some thought and my health is more important than me looking good. So I'm gonna have a goal of 1 lb lost per week till all my weight is off!
