Wow, amazing job!!

I'm 5'2 and I ate 900-1000 calories a day doing weight watchers to lose the first 30lbs . This took 5-6months with little to no exercise (and got to keep the boobs). Upped myself to 1200 calories a day and lost the last 10lbs gradually over a year. Been 138lbs for 4 years in maintenance mode still eating 1200 calories a…

You look awesome! How long did it take?

People hitting on you all the time when you're still the same nerdy gamer just smaller. :D Good feeling though.

You guys need to go to the beaches at the jersey shore. You'll feel amazing when you see people 5x your size walking around in string bikinis. :D

I would love to eat 1700 calories and spend hours working out a day but I work an IT job 9-5 then come home and do grad school so time is tight. I get in a good 30-45 on the elliptical 3-4 days a week and reduce my calories to make up for the lack of exercise. :D I don't think that 1200 calories for 5'2 is dangerous,…

Now and then. :D

QFT. You can pretty much eat as much salad with vegges and fat free dressing as you want. Sushi is also filling and very yummy.

Thanks!! It took me 6 months doing strict weight watchers, counting every calorie and not going above 1200. (in reality, I was more in the 900-1000 range every day). Even when I went out, I'd look up the restaurant before hand on what I could order and if it wasn't online then it was salad with no cheese and fat free…

I've been eating 1200 calories or less for four years. I guess my stomach has shrunk to the point where I'm happy because I'm full and I don't know the difference, lol. I actually get sick when I go home for holidays and overeat. Love grandma's cooking but I always feel faint at the table because I've just eaten what I…

I'm sure you do not look like plywood. :) I love being curvy but I do wish I'd have lost some boobs to match my lower weight. I have to work extra hard on thigh/butt toning because all my weight tends to go there.

Wow!!! You look amazing!! Would you recommend 30DS for toning butt/thighs?

Note that I've kept all the weight off for 5 years.

I've lost all my weight from calorie counting. I did some minimal exercise. I'm now at a point now where I need to start exercising to do toning. Went from 180 - 138.
-
Love these threads! Everyone looks so amazing.

I'm 5'2. Best of luck to you!!

Thanks for posting this. I just ordered the fitbit and I have a cheap space saver elliptical being delivered on Sunday. I'm excited to do an hour a day while I watch my recorded TV shows and finally get some exercise in.

Thx! I need to tone my legs too but the tan I had in that pic helped to cover the work I need to do on my thighs. I would love to be around your weight but hoping to get to at least 125lbs this year. I've always carried the weight more in my butt/hips/thighs, you can see in the pic my thighs at the top almost touch. More…

I was in a bad relationships (first guy I ever dated) and he said if I didn't lose the weight that was it. The deal was that he would quit smoking if I lost weight. I lost weight. He's still smoking. And I've got a much better boyfriend now. ^.^

I'm 5'2' and used to weigh 180. I'm 138 now and measurements are 36, 28, 44. (44...I know... o.o but that's what the bridesmaid dress lady said). I wear a size 8 pants. Good luck and keep going!
