You can also try rice paper. You can find it in Asian markets. It's a thin film made out of rice. It's really, really low calorie and like lettuce, easy for sandwiches and wraps and such. If you're really jonesing for that "starchy" taste with lower calories and carbs that might be a good alternative.

My two favorites: Yo momma's so fat she fell in love and broke it. Yo momma's so fat she eats Wheat Thicks.

Have you tried eating Greek yogurt in place of sour cream? They're surprisingly similar in taste. Also, for chips you can always use whole grain tortilla bread or pita bread and toast or bake it after you season it to taste. That'll give you a chip-like crunch. Good luck!

Hiiiiii! I'm a shorty also - 5'1". I'm currently at 137 and my goal weight is around 110lbs. Well, I want to cut bodyfat so that I look like I weigh 110  Also kinda bummed because I missed the gym yesterday and today thanks to the stupid hurricane  I need to pick things up and put them down! Dangit! Friends are…

ACK! Hurricane Sandy has pwned my heavy lifting gym plans for two days now! Boo! Crossing fingers for transportation to be back on track tomorrow. In the meantime, at least doing some bodyweight exercises at home and keeping my nutrition in check.

I respectfully disagree. I can definitely see the Claire Danes resemblance.

Scary Spice. I also get Rosie Perez a lot. Mostly her 90's look.

NY pizza. Agree the Chicago stuff (though tasty) just isn't pizza. My favorite spot is called Keste' on Bleecker street. Truffle spread on a brick oven pizza with the perfect crust?! I die! Although, that's actually Neapolitan pizza which, IMO trumps both!

As of recently, French toast made with Ezekiel bread and topped with maple syrup. 1 egg, 1 cup of milk of choice, cinnamon. Dip, toast, enjoy. I also like to make a tomato basil mozzarella sandwich. Either of these I often accompany with Greek yogurt or fresh fruit and definitely coffee :-). If you're into eggs, you can…

From my personal experience (I worked as a PT and instructor for about 4 years) there were MANY of the fitness professionals who were formerly unfit. As it turns out, the majority of them were some of the best in their field because they understood the struggle and judgment. I've also seen the "beefcake" trainers give out…

Calamari. As a kid, before being a vegetarian I loved most kinds of seafood except actual fish (strange, I know), oysters/clams/mussels and especially hated squid. I had no problem with octopus though. So weird. Anyway, now as a lacto-ovo vegetarian the only thing I can veer off with is calamari... so long as I'm not the…

If it's any comfort, Jillian Michaels has thigh rub and she's not exactly fat  Also, when I was a child I was very underweight and even then I had the thigh rub. It's genetic. Embrace your curves :flowerforyou:

2 Slices bread, two slices mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, sliced tomato. So awesome I had it twice :-)

I teach dance. I also take dance classes. When weather permits, I walk about 40 NYC blocks or rollerblade a rough equivalent of that.

I don't know the answer and would love to see what people have to say also.

Thanks again everyone for being so kind! Great job to the poster above me for the sets of "guy" push-ups (those are evil too) and the poster above that for working up to the step bench method! These are serious upper body moves but your core will thank you for it... right after it's done cursing you out the day after of…
