*kick* Come on girl, don't let yourself down like that. You've done SO WELL! 2 stone is A-mazing. You can pick it back up again, you just need to give yourself a stern look in the mirror, hold your head high and get back on the healthy horse.

I'd like to add The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern to the hat please! And my choice would be every other Friday :) I'm excited!

^^^ This. Walking is great!

I love my guinea pigs beyond belief but I'd definitely like to have a Capybara one day!

This is just great. I belong to a book club through work but they don't meet regularly enough for me. I've always read the book club book and about four others by the time of the next meet! Totally up for picking a book and then discussing. I think it would be cool if we all read the same one rather than splitting into…

Big up London Town!!

I work for a UK autism charity! Ten years now. Also have two spectacular guinea pigs..

I had a quick look through your diary and agree with what has already been said about yoo much bread and fat, not enough water, veg and protein, but the other thing I wanted to ask is how come your calorie goal is different each day? Mine is 1260 each day (I'm 5'5) and I've found I'm steadily losing weight (albeit slowly,…

London, UK! Seems to be so few of us on here... add me any Londoners!

What's Mrs Dash???

I so know how you feel. If one more person offers me a seat on the train I'm going to cry! Sometimes it makes me feel mad and I want to shout 'I'm not pregnant, I'm just fat, ok?!' but then I remember that they're just trying to do something nice, and it's my own fault that I look pregnant. Got on the scales today…

You guys are legends. I'm looking forward to getting stuck into an exciting new salad tomorrow! Lydia

Please add me! I need motivation too. Sometimes when I get on those scales after a week of turning down dinner invites and cakes at the office meetings I just think 'aaargh what's the point??!!' I'm on here every day so will definitely help motivate all I can x

Tea can be sooo different. If you want to get something you can drink all day with minimal calorie input then try white tea without milk. Unlike black it never gets bitter, and is really smooth. I also love lady grey and peppermint last thing in the evening. Also- lovely tea drinkers please add me!! I need more friends for…

In London but originally from Devon, feel free to add me anyone- I only have three friends :blushing:

I  toast. With a boiled egg, it's my new staple before a big swim! Fruit for breakfast = sugar crash mid-morning, stick with your toast if it's working for you!

Are you for real?! Eeeeewwwww!!!!!

Really spicy ramen noodles. Fills you up, rehydrates you and helps you sweat out all the alcohol! Then a giant diet coke, sorted.

Seriously, you do not need to lose any more weight. It isn't right to try, and that's what your body is trying to tell you. Listen to it, or you risk making yourself unwell. Look after yourself.

I'm the same! Really skinny wrists and ankles. When I needed an ankle support once the pharmacist had to give me an elbow one because they didn't make ankle ones small enough. I'm 5'5" and the calculater says I'm a small frame and so should be aiming for 112! That, frankly, is insane. I'm aiming for 133, would look like a…

I was just like Jesz124, put off changing things before I joined this, then I went on holiday with my two size 8 (UK) friends and when I looked at the pictures of myself in a bikini next to them it made me feel sick. So now, when I feel like stuffing my face I look at the worst picture, and it helps me feel more determined…

Honestly- I just wouldn't. Last time I went to a Jamie's (Islington) it was really awful. All our food was so salty hardly any of us in our party could eat it. Hope it's better for you tonight!

Just got back from the pool! I swim every week but today was my first time since being on the MFP diet. Made it a LOT harder than usual, my body just didn't seem to want to work the way it usually did. Tapping in to the database showed me I'd burned 400 calories more than I'd eaten so far today, so I wonder if I should…
