Good for you! I decreased to one 20oz bottle a day but looked at the calories and sugar I was still taking in with that and decided it had to go. I've been off for a few days now. You have given me hope that it will help (AND that I can stay off of it)! :)

If you're looking for more cardio based- the Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism is good. It's 40 minutes. I have been doing it for awhile. Jillian kicks my butt not matter what video I use of hers! :)

I'm in. I started this back in May or June and never finished because she got on my nerves. Knowing other people are doing it too could possibly motivate me! (I have been doing her Banish Fat and Boost Metabolism one- she still gets on my nerves, lol). Excuses, Excuses. I need to stay motivated! :tongue:

This is sooo true. I'm lucky to get half my food! My daughter wolfs down anything I put on my plate! And honestly, that encourages me to eat healthier because I don't want her scarfing down crap. I'm lucky that she's a veggie lover... anything green is her favorite.

I work full time at a desk too. I am not willing to get up any earlier than I already do (5:30) to get myself and my daughter ready so.... I felt the same way about it. I never finished- that may have been my lack of motivation, not sure. I'm doing the Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism one now (for the last couple of weeks) and I'm finding the same thing. She bores me!
