I can't do the jumping because of severe knee problems.....so instead I will do 400 low impact jumping jacks!

Try to eat some fruit, drink a glass of orange juice or a glass of milk. I struggle with the same problem! Good luck!

I snack on plain, raw celery or raisins........... I get TONS of strange looks & comments when I'm eating my celery. I LOVE the taste & sometimes crave it! I've lost 40 pounds in about 5 months & plan to continue! Keep it up!
