  • Thanks to Momma24 for sending me to the new link. Why/when do links change? Checking in with excitement! I was at a knitting retreat in Lanesboro, MN all weekend. It was great fun AND I CAME BACK WITH A LOSS! So nice to have such a great weekend, good company, great conversation and great (but healthy) food.

  • I just finished an upper body workout using those stretchy bands with the handles at the end. Basically "weight lifting" using resistance. Any ideas on what I would look this up under? Do they have anything in the db related to exercise balls.
  • My first check in! Oddly enough, it was not a good food day. Calories: Over by 58 Protein: Under by 46 Water: 88 oz. Exercise: None Proud: I am at day 5 of no caffeinated diet soda. ( I was drinking 4+ 20oz bottles a day) Like: I interview well - and the one I had today was great.
  • I weigh myself once or twice a week. Since joining up here, the two groups I found will make that Tuesdays and Fridays, probably in the morning. I have started with a trainer who weighed me, but not sure how often he plans to check. I look at the numbers, but the way my clothes fit (or don't) is a bigger deal to me.
  • Yes, but my babies are 12 & 15. Had an umbilical hernia with 2nd, then surgery. It was over 5 months before I was allowed to do much of anything. The years in between - well that is my own darn fault.:wink:
  • I joined Anytime Fitness. This eliminates by excuse of " the club is never open when my schedule permits me to exercise".
