i haven't had to swear off of anything forever as long as i plan it into my day ahead of time. but i generally avoid: bleached flour high fructose corn syrup fast food of any kind soda WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHAS (or any sugary, fattening espresso drink) :sad: deep fried stuff (lightly fried in a bit of olive oil is fine)

oh god, after the adrenaline and excitement from finishing day 2 wore off, my thighs hurt so bad. like, 100 times worse than before! :sad: i don't know how i'm gonna make it through tomorrow. i might do some yoga and stretching tomorrow instead, hahah. i'm still pretty proud of myself :blushing: you should try again…

update - I DID IT! YAY!!!! i'm gonna eat lunch (baked potato with chili from trader joe's. yum!) and then take a bath with lavender bath salts. thank you thank you thank you for getting my butt in gear!

that is really frustrating! you mentioned that you are staying under your calorie goal, though. that could be the key. if you aren't eating your recommended calories, your body can go into starvation mode and it will be very difficult to lose. try to eat most of your calories earned through exercise, too! i'm sorry if…
