I am notoriously bad at drinking water (um or anything :S)... 99% of the time I don't realise till 10/11 o'clock at night that I haven't had a drink all day! But.... If I keep a full bottle of water with me I'll easily empty it and refill it several times a day..... not very good at doing that though...oops... x

i always count it because its something i dont do very often and is tiring! generally i just count it as walking (but not the whole time... say i parked for 2 hours, I will count a hour of walking...remember you walk slower and keep stopping to look at things when shopping...) though sometimes add on 5 mins of weight…

If veggies are a main part of a meal i count them... like if i make a veggie soup, or if i have carrot sticks for a snack... but if its only a minor component i often dont especially if i go to search it and it is too confusing or hard to find an accurate thing i dont bother.... I think veg should be free .... noone ever…

The thing is to listen to your body. If you cant keep up then just go a bit slower do a few less whatevers, switch to something you can do. As long as you keep moving your still doing it ;) and dont be too hard on yourself! x

The secret is Lots of veg! veg and salad are hardly any cal yet fill you up so much! I have the occasional veggy day (Im not a big meat fan) those days I stuggle to get over half my cals sometimes ( I aim for 1200)... If you plan your day have low cal breakfast and lunch you can afford a more calorific dinner... x

Time... we had a 16 year old cat when we got 2 kittens... it took a while but eventually the kittens started playing dead as soon as the old cat walked in instead of trying to kill each other... my aunts cats (she got 2 kittens 1 got run over so got two more the next year though they are related...) are learning to live…

Key bit for me is the rots teeth, last year I had 2 removed, 3 fillings and 1 root canal ... my dentist asked if i knew why ... I said not looking after my teeth well enough "no not at all, it will be poor diet, too many sweets and fizzy drinks" So now I've given them up, I never want to be in that much pain ever again! x
