Hey :) I'm Lottie, I'm 24 from the UK. End of July is exciting times for me holiday, and a 5K, so hopefully I'll see lots of changes too as I'm currently doing couch to 5K so running every other day and trying to decide what to do on my inbetween days. I'm hoping to lose 2lbs, fingers crossed! x

I weight unofficially every other day, but Monday or Sunday is the weight I log, because I like to take the weight after a rest day I find I'm heavier the day after a work out x

Thanks :D I dont watch tv often enough to see ads any more but going to give this a looksie sounds interesting. I dont believe in that stuff (studied psych n sociology so I'm more aware than most how social stuff can influence people... parents passing on eating habbits etc) but always fun to see :D x

morning, once a week. my weight will go up by 2 or 3 lbs by night time, but drop back down as a loss next morning... and once a week after my rest day because I will weigh more the day after exercising. x

I just find places irritating that cane make up their mind! You get to know which shops come up small and which big (looking at you m&s!) but when places arent consistent just gggrrr! 2 identical skirts from dorothy perkins same size, 1 fits perfectly the other is tiny!! x

Try it both ways see what works for you :) For me a small snack (usually a banana) before a work out was best for me, I was lethargic and it was a waste of time other wise. Then I would have a proper breakfast once I finished. x

For me anything caffeinated is a no no , or anything considered "pop"/"soda" , their more chemicals than water!, fruit juice is mostly packed with sugar so i dont count that either... for me water is water ....or squash ... I used to go to the gym every day at 5am. If I didn't eat it was pretty much a waste of time, I had no energy, didn't put enough into it, and would feel physically sick by the end...
