my uncle does all the cooking in their house my aunt realised after being married a while that she did all the cleaning, all the cooking, everything... so now he cooks and she does the cleaning :) x

my aunt does them really nice! she seasons them with pepper then places them in foil fills around them with lemon juice and wraps them into little parcels stays so moist and yummy and isnt sour at all x

we dont have the heating on at all hardly sometimes for a hour or so in morning to take the chill off but we have a woodburner in the lounge... working in C the lounge is comfortable at 20C... ok at 21... melting at 23! when we reach 23 we open doors and windows which always amuses me when its snowing out :P x

i use salter ones too :D above person is right it uses the height input and weight data ! I;'d heard of the salter brand so made the choice to go for them... they were also an expensive set reduced lots made them all the more attractive. They seem to be pretty accurate against others :) x

im another dry shampoo lover :D They smell really nice, and your good to go for an extra day :D woo! Id advise carrying it around with you that day so you can top up if your anything like me and have a habbit of messing with your hair :( lol x You all sound like you have lovely hair! :D x

iv always believed that breakfast is the one meal you should never skip i also know that i am appauling at actually eating breakfast... oops maybe just cut down what you do have? it doesnt have to be a high calorie breakfast... x
