First and foremost, congrats and welcome to parenthood! I gave birth to a boy a year ago and ive lost over 50 pounds.Walking was helpful and when the baby is asleep you can do exercise videos. My only advice is really start slow to avoid injury,be mindful of what you are eating (plan ahead...failing to plan is planning to…

Im sorry for your loss.Working out can serve as an emotional release. Its just your way of letting go of your pain. I recently started crossfit and its emotional having people push me and not letting me give up when I dont have that support in my daily affairs.

I actually have trouble finding time as well.I have an infant and work full time with a 2.5 hr daily commute but I've decided,I'm going to do at home exercise programs.

My son is currently 7 mos and I was home until he was 5 months . I returned to work because I did not want to put my career on hold and ultimately I want a decent retirement.I have an amazing husband that would support me if I chose to stay home but staying at home left me feeling resentful and disconnected. My biggest…

Ive been using bio oil and vitamin e oil. They say that stretch marks may be genetic.I didnt get any from pregnancy and the ones I had before on my arms and lower back are fading .My stretch marks were always hard to see because I am so dark. You can also try pure shea butter

@spunkychelsea Im nervous about giving up my independence. I am grateful that I have the option of whether or not I want to return to work right after and my husbands grandmother will be moving in to help me which will be great because I need all the help I can get.

@stephysd thanks for the insight. Please inbox me the list of questions to add future child care providers as I am a newbie and dont have a clue.My hubbies grandmother will watch the baby during the day so I am happy to have family watch him and the best part of it is his grandmother is a retired midwife

There are people that would give almost anything to have a child. I don't think the sex of the child should matter.

Drink more water Exercise 3 times a week Eat more fruits and veggies Take my vitamins

Nope, I used to be really shy about my body but once I got over that self esteem hump it didnt matter whether I had a male or female therapist. We all have to make a living and eat somehow!

Id venture to say your issues are deeper than food...eating is just the way it manifests.I'm not perfect and still struggle with my relationship with food.Id suggest you only change one thing at a time.So if its drink 10 cups of water a day ....work on that and they move to no more than one soda a day etc....ill add you
