I got a paycut @ my job. Lost $1 more an hour on the weekends and lost the volunteer pay bc the censuses are low. Don't know if it'll return to the way it was but I sure ain't gonna quit my job.

Try eating an extra 300 calories on days you work out. I don't have a hrm but I've read over and over again that you should eat ex. 1200 calories on non workout days and eat 1500 calories on days you work out. I sometimes randomly binge without any reason for why I do it. Just get in this deep craving of some kind that nothing seems to help. So I think that is a really great idea allowin yourself one day a month to cheat and binge and not let it get ya down.

If I am craving something then I eat it. Even if it means cheatin on my diet more than twice a week. Bc the rest of the time I am normally really well with stayin under my calories. So if my body says hey I am hungry for a donut then hey it may have the damn donut! But usually it don't ask for junk food.
