No fasting for me, unless it's under doctors orders :) I have decided to try IF for the week - eating between 11:00 - 8:00, for the same reason - hopefully to restart my system. You do drink a lot more, not sure if that is great or not, so far so good.

I think it depends on a few things. It could be that with diet alone it could take 20lbs to go down a dress size and maybe with diet and exercise only 10lbs. I’ve put on about 15 lbs and I’ve gone up a dress size.

I love most of my veggies al dente or raw, most of my friends and family don't want much of anything to crunch. I can't stomach the soggy broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans . . . I will at times just to be polite - can't wait for Thanksgiving.
