@lckiehl I took some mindfulness classes last year. In regards to meditation, to help train us, the sessions in the begging were only 5 min long. I would do mine either before bed or during a break at work.. You might even be able to find some online meditation tracks for that long. If this could help to get you started.

Ok daily check in!! Logged 2 days in a row. Working on today’s!! So picked up a sparkling flavored water for lunch, (work supplies pizza for lunch) isn’t Pepsi but it’s helping.. kept my portions small and bonus they brought in salads!! So that helps too!! @hipari you can limit your carbs by changing the sandwiches into lettuce wraps. That might help with the carb intake.. or snacking on the veggies and fruit.. is your mom only providing food or can you bring some of your own. Maybe some hard boiled eggs as well to help out. Had a great food day yesterday, to wake up with a massive migraine.. after it passes I felt so hungry.. my MIL feed me coffee and 2 cookies.. it helped at the moment to satisfy me but still so hungry and now I’m back to the bad habit of Pepsi and a pulled pork sandwich..
