For a random cheat day, if you can fit it in your calories... go for it! But it is not something you want to do too often. Becuase yes, as a cal vs. cal comparison it's doable. But you gotta look at the fat, trans fat, and sodium levels!

Personally, I understand the fluctuations in weight and don't allow it to get me down... so I like to weigh myself every morning, first thing. However, I usually only log my weight on the site once a week, usually on Fridays. Even if it goes up, I think you get a more accurate tracking of your weight if you're consistent.
