Being a fruitarian requires a lot of careful balance. It's difficult to get all the proper nutrients that you need just off of fruit unless you live in an area where the local ecosystem naturally has a wide variety of fruit. You should discuss with a Doctor before making a decision as exclusive as being a fruitarian.

At my fittest when I was 18/19 I was a 38/40A. It's traumatizing to walk into a plus sized shop and ask for an A cup. I'm still at the beginning of my weightloss (only down 17lbs), but I just know at this end of this I'm going to be an A again. I'm currently wearing a 42D. My SO says he doesn't care because I am Beautiful…

I have a different perspective here. Maybe. Have we considered that this might be a legitimately emotionally abusive relationship? Alot of things change if that's the case. For instance, if this is an abusive relationship she is here asking that question because she's been manipulated into a position where she believes she…

Yes and no. I quit smoking 1.5 years ago and I quit soda 3 months ago. Both those times I had failed several times before I actually got it right. So when I went about losing weight this time (another situation where I've tried and failed several times), I decided to go about quitting fat the same way I went about quitting…

It's incredibly difficult ot separate your emotions from the things other people say. But it sounds very much like that is what happened here. I have a perfect example, just before I decided to start losing weight, my friend and I were speaking (she's a counselor and very upfront but I've never heard her say anything to…

Glad I could help! I've known some viciously mean people in my life. Unfortunately there are no beautiful snow flakes in humanity, we all do things for similar reasons. if I give you one tip, don't have an aggressive conversation. When I'm speaking with someone who is aggressive, I intentionally avoid using the word "you"…

People are cruel when they feel threatened. The unfortunate truth is, your sister probably has a control complex. She is a horse eventer, she runs animals around all the time I assume? You confronting her on the point of her eating all your food probably made her feel like she wasn't in control anymore. It's a really…

25 lbs a month would be 6.25lbs a week. That's so unhealthy I feel a little worried for you that it's your immediate goal. I mean, 400lbs people who go on liquid diets can barely lose that kind of weight. It would probably make you incredibly sick.

I have a bag of Size 12 jeans. From the time I was thinnest in my Adulthood. When I slip into a pair of those I'm going to FREAK OUT.

I can't seem to view those poses. But I can tell you Yoga is always worth it as an investment. It has health benefits that reach well beyond the goals you've set.

Hey feel free to add me! I'm trying to go from a start weight of 250 to 150! A solid hundred pounds and I just know I can do it and you can too!

I have to say, Latex might be the best motivator anyone has ever had. I also think it's funny on a site that is all about acceptance and lifting each other up toward our goals, latex is the thing that makes people go "ew". I say, rock on. And remember your Talc Powder!

Good Job! Get into the swing of Maintenance and Keep it up!

So, I used to have a similarly toxic relationship with my father. This does not make me an expert, every family is different. But I learned some things about seeing people for who they are outside of your parent. If you are over 18, take a step back and stop thinking of her as your mother as it applies to this topic. Look…

It sounds vengeful, but make him regret it. Keep your head up, keep exercising. Because relationships can be temporary but your body is the only one you get. Plus, exercise releases endorphines. It'll make you feel better to go work out, granted the first couple of times will feel like dragging your body and soul over…

You really hit a common problem right on the nose! Everyone does something different so it's hard to give advice on things like this. I just try to leave a little extra every day and when I go to eat it. I make sure I measure. Give yourself the correct portion that doesn't go over your calories and don't do anything else.…

Oh man. If you have a Culver's nearby I vote you skip McD's. Culver's icecream is WAY better.

I have problems with both free food, and fast then binge habits. So, as a result I have recently moved to a form of portion control. I like to eat because I like the taste, and man does free cake at work taste delicious (it's laced with not working and sweets, so hard to resist!). So instead of straight out telling myself…

I just realized, there's a middle school running track less than a block from me. I bet I could go use that no problem. I'll just have to get up earlier.

thanks everyone, I used to do yoga every morning, I find myself incredibly self conscious doing it now. My SO I think wants to be supportive but the attention bothers me. I went to Zumba classes for a while too. I thought that was fun, Once again, I felt like the room was watching me. I started a couch to 5k program early…

Do it, I think It's the best measure of success. No scale can tell you how sexy you are. Comparing the pre-change and post-change photos will be the best indicator. And a Mirror and smart phone are all anyone really needs. Print that sucker out and stick it on your fridge. Or if you don't like it, hide it in an envelop at…

Thanks Again everyone! I think I'll probably just pay her no mind. She's not a huge part of my life right now anyway. I think I'll keep moving, get myself set in my habits and then what she says won't be anything to me. I feel like she has a really unhealthy relationship with her food. I don't personally believe in cheat…
