Do get discouraged from a 4 pound weight-loss, especially in the middle of Aunt Flo's visit!! OMG that is great! You will likely see a big jump in that number next week after Auntie has left... but keep going and celebrate that 4 pound loss!

Are you kidding? The entire program app? I have purchased some of the workouts so I can have them on my phone while traveling but are they all free today?
