like you i want to run too but i think i need to hold out for a bit. i'm currently 200lbs. i know people who are my weight can and do run, but it is so hard on the body. running is just plain hard on the body - even when you're fit - much less when you're carrying around a lot of extra weight. you will get great benefit…

its such a different way to think about exercise. up until now, it seemed most productive to do the very high calorie burning exercises. for example, why "waste" time walking (where you burn hardly any calories) when you can be kickboxing or whatever. so now i'm not sure which exercises to focus on.

I really like Walker Diet Meal Replacement (chocolate). I confess though I've never tried shakeology. Walker is low carb (7g), low sugar (1g), has high percentages of vitamins, tastes acceptable, good amount of protein (24g) and cost about $1 per serving.
