Losing weight is both a physical and mental task. You are changing a lot and it can stress you out. You also have to do what works best for you. Counting calories works…

I hate it, but at least at the moment I don't have someone making me feel guilty for working out because they're too lazy to do it. (Yeah, I remember the things you said lady.)
