Are you sure the shakes are anaemia based? They could be low blood pressure, hunger, too much caffeine, etc. Go to your GP and get checked over.

Aubergine (eggplant) burgers are fantastic. Cut thick rounds of aubergine. Lightly brush each side with a 50/50 mix of melted butter and white wine vinegar. Grill on the BBQ. The aubergine effectively replaces the burger patty. You can do the same with large mushrooms.

A low calorie lentil based soup would be my choice in that situation - plus a few large glasses of water.

It all looks really delicious but I would be tempted to replace the 'vegetarian meat bits' with meatier style veg - aubergine for the vege meat sausage and perhaps oyster mushrooms for the vege turkey.
