I ascribe to a big breakfast of about 600 calories, a small lunch and a decent sized dinner.

A cup of oatmeal, blended into oat flour, an egg and 2/3 cup of water make fantastic pancakes. I put a topping of a mix of a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of peanut butter and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Keeps me good and full until lunchtime.

I've had this issue too. The acidic nature of black coffee mixed with my stomach acid gives me heart burn or some fantastic vurps. I do eat something before the gym to calm it down but it's still there. :D

That actually sounds extremely good right about now. Haven't had pizza in a while.

During my saga of weight loss I hit several plateaus. The main one was at 250 after losing 50 pounds before joining MFP. Once I discovered the tinkering abilities of my calories, I was able to break through that plateau and keep moving. Might I suggest not to take the scale's measurement as a significant sign of weight…

Personally I go with Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt. 130 calories with 18 grams of protein and 11 grams of sugar. Great addition to smoothies and thickens them up. I'm experimenting with an Orange Creamsicle Protein shake and I use it to add more protein to my powder along with cottage cheese.
