My son is fully potty trained now (3 also) except for bedtime. I make sure that as I'm about to read his naptime books I tell him to "go in the toilet so you don't pee in the bed." Every time. I let him go for a while in just underwear to bed and he was fine, but for about a week he peed every day. I tried to put a…

I would love to know this as well. On a more helpful note: my mom started taking it a few weeks ago and when I saw her the other day I thought she looked a little smaller, but that's not substantial proof. LOL

Congrats! Last week I did my first mile in 10 years, and I was not running the whole thing... YET!

I have friends that say leggings are not pants, but I think as long as your shirt covers your butt, or if they are really thick, it shouldn't matter. If they're really thick it seems the same as skinny jeans to me.

I was so excited to find one of these books for only $5 at TJ Maxx. Unfortunately I got the restaurant one instead of the supermarket, which is what I need. I tis an awesome book, though, and I love the tips they give you as well.

Yes, there are others. *raises hand* I am not bipolar but am diagnosed with Borderline (BPD) and depression. I have been off medication (not by choice) for a few years and am finally trying to get a Dr. so I can get back on. It took me almost 2 yrs. just to actually start working out! Working out has helped a bit, but I…

Instead of various night snacks, I eat natural popcorn popped on my stove with Pam and the Popcorn Seasoning shakers. Love the Buffalo flavor!

These should work: ... maybe not quite, but there is my fat face.

Oh, I don't know why my pics turned out weird.

This was pretty soon after I had my son. I had gained about 60-65 lbs. I know some of the tummy was baby weight but the legs and the face...

ok... I go to school online for a community college. LOL It's Wake Tech in NC. But, I chose this so I can stay home with my 2 yearold so I get to do school work while he naps and after he goes to bed.

Wow, LOL. I didn't get to read the whole rant yet, as my 2 yo hates for me to be on the computer if he can't play with it, but I was never very interested in chemistry (except the mathematical parts of it) and how do people not realize everything is different when you add other stuff to it? I mean 2 gases make a liquid,…

I would love to have some friends here to help and have help me.

I have a small frame and I still jiggle quite a bit. I'm petite but I do understand what you mean as I don't like working out in front of people either. Sometimes I feel self-conscious and hopeless even working out alone. Any time someone is trying to help me with how to do something I giggle nervously when I try in front…

Hi there! My name is Brittney. I joined a while ago but I don't think I ever did the introduction. I am a 26 yr old mother of a 2 yr old. I stay home with him while his dad works and while my son is asleep I take more than a full load of online classes (this coming semester will be 17 credits). When I am finished I will…

Mine is just a couple pounds under pre-pregnancy weight.

I'm surprised there's no metal or rock on here yet.

Wow, you just gave me a lot more hope than I had before. Thank you for posting.

Christina - You're right, I mainly do need to tone up and just lose some belly fat. I do have a small frame, so I think it might be better for me to be below 115 at least. I don't really need to be as low as 106 as long as it looks right.

I suppose I could find something else. We have a small gym at our apartment complex but every time my son is asleep his dad is at work, so I can't go. I just feel weird leaving him in the apartment while I go somewhere across the street. My mom told me to just see if the baby monitor works that far. Or I could probably…

I always seem to eat an ok breakfast because it's the one I always make for my son. Lunch is not so hard, pb&j for him, but breakfast is usually pretty big for us. I'm worst with snacking after dinner because I stay up late with homework.
