1.) No 2.) 15 lbs 3.) No. Whenever I eat breakfast I tend to overeat. I always skip breakfast because I'm just not hungry in the morning and I like to save my calories for later in the day.

Usually a banana, a latte, nutella, bounty or a Quest bar. Whatever fits my macros actually.
