I'm 5'5.5 so we'll say 5'6 Starting weight: 230 Current weight: 189 Goal: 130 Calories: 1200 I do cardio at least 5x a week and tend to eat over my calories by a couple hundred and burn those off and a couple extra so I net about 1000 - 11000 on a typical day. I do upper body and lower body weights alternating each day.

It is way easier to log every item individually especially if there is a bar code, scan it and MFP most likely will have it. I always try and over estimate if I'm not sure.

Every Sunday in the AM after "relieving" myself I get on the scale naked and record that weight. I sometimes weigh myself before my official weigh in day but never record that weight only the one on Sunday.

I have this dress i bought it was under $5 and its awesome I believe its a size 14...I need to fit in it! However I plan on being way smaller but that is one goal.

Thanks. One more question. When you set your goals and level of activity does working out count? I workout 4 - 5 times a week otherwise I'm home or at school so that's the only real activity I get.

I have PCOS, insulin resistance and am infertile. I am on a medication called metformin to control my insulin levels but it doesn't seem like you have that problem, but maybe that is something you can ask about. What they will probably have you do is have you keep working out and be put on birthcontrol to try and level out…
