I just wanted to let everyone know I purchased Leslie Sansone: Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection and I LOVE it! It's easy to do and to modify. I even jog sometimes just to burn some extra calories!

I am on 2000mg of met. My advice: Take it with food..srsly. It might give u tummy issues at first but it will pass. i haven't been eating or exercising properly enough to tell you if it helps with weightloss. I will say when I do take it like I am supposed to I have an easier time staying in my calorie range.

It's all about the training. I have a Shorkie, whom is supposed to be sweet and great with kids. Guess what? He's not. It's my fault because he was not properly socialized. I have now enlisted a professional trainer and we are working on his issues.
