  • I just got a Polar F6 for Christmas and I love it. Seeing the cals burned motivates me. I seem to work out harder knowing my heart rate is at a healthy pace - I tell myself to pick it up - stop being a baby!! haha. Also, it gives me confidence of knowing exactly how many cals I burned and I know my logs are accurate.
