I'm glad I'm not the only one who drinks a lot of water. I probably have about 150oz on a normal day without trying. FYI... I was tested for diabetes yesterday. Nothing. Maybe some people just drink a lot of water.

I was thinking the same thing. I asked them the question. The response was... weigh in on Monday, post chart on Tuesdays. So I think we are ok. I guess it give people more time to send in their weight.

I totally forgot to mention it yesterday but I celebrated my 10 lbs lost with shopping :bigsmile: I bought myself a new L.K. Bennett knee length black coat for the winter. It's too cute and warm! Found it at the famous Bicester UK outlets. Yay for 10 lbs! can't wait for something new at 15 lbs!

I take a spinning class several times a week. This morning I asked the girl next to me who had a HRM how many cals she burned... she consulted her HRM and replied 630 cals. Not sure if 800 to 1500 cals is realistic.
