My goal for 2013 is to lose 40+ lbs. I'm currently at 174.4 lbs but would like to be 125-135 lbs by end of 2013. I'd like to wear tank tops and summer dresses this summer. I'd like to take up jogging & try a small 5k or 10k marathon this year also...

Hi everyone! I'm a divorced mother of four and way overdue for getting healthy and in shape! My start weight on 1/1/13 awas 176. 2 I would like to get down to 135 lbs by end of year so I've got over 40 lbs to lose. My goal is to go to the gym regularly, eat healthy & lose 1 lb a week. Looking forward to this challenge!!!!

I started 1/1/13 at 176.2 lbs 1/1/13 Elliptical 45 minutes, 500 calories burned 1/2/13 Elliptical 46 minutes, 500 calories burned 1/3/13 Elliptical 47 minutes, 500 calories burned 1/4/13 Elliptical 47 minutes, 500 calories burned I will weigh in on Mondays.

I am starting over again beginning today (since it's the beginning of the week). I lost 2 years ago & have gained almost all of it back! Time to get back to work! Happy New Year & New Beginning's to everyone!

I am so in! We have a lot in common as far as our goals and our profiles! I began my challenge on 12/26/12 at 178 lbs. Today I weighed in at 176.2 lbs. At 1 lb a week I can reach my goal weight of 135 lbs before Christmas of next year. Please add me as a friend! Good luck:smile:
