  • My goal for today is to go to the 6:30pm cycle class. The cycle instructor on Tuesdays is great and I need to get back to going regularly. Cycle classes are such a great work out for me! It's just the getting up and going that's the hard part.

  • I just downloaded Accupedo to my phone yesterday to track my walking. My goal is 10,000 steps a day. Yesterday, Jan 14 I walked 1255 steps. Ugghh!! That was just the walking I did doing everyday things at work. Today I'm going to make an effort to go walking on my breaks at work! Will check in w/ today's steps later.

I downloaded Accupedo to my phone and am counting my steps. Goal: to get to 10,000 steps a day. I only had 1255 steps yesterday! Yikes!

  • Count me in. I just downloaded Accupedo on my phone to keep track of how many steps I take a day. I have a walking trail right outside of my work so would like to start walking on my 2 fifteen minute breaks and for 30 minutes on my lunch break. So far today I've taken 1085 steps just walking around at work.
