I put together a mix of Shreddies, Multigrain Cherrios, All Bran, Kashi and then add a sugary one in - like Fruit Loops or Honey Bunches of Oats. I put these all together in a big container -- ready to pour throughout the week and its great! also makes for a good snack when you feel like grazing at night!! cheers b

when "advance entering" my food intake for the next day on mfp -- i usually put wine in a few days per week. This way i work towards max calories (or just blow through it) inclusive of wine. I will gladly exchange a non-fat latte for wine (or beer) any day! have a great one and enjoy!:drinker: :drinker: CHEERS b
