Hang in there and be patient! You may want to try measuring yourself, and look at inches lost. Just because the scale isn't moving as fast as you want it to doesn't mean that you aren't making progress! Good luck!:smile:

Thanks! I'm feeling MUCH better today. I actually feel human again...lol. I haven't worked out since Sunday (well, I walked on my break yesterday at work, but I wasn't 100% so it was a poor excuse for exercise) so hopefully I can get back on the exercise wagon tonight when I get the kids to bed.

I added sodium to my food tracker so I could keep the sodium intake under control. You'd be shocked to know how much sodium you take in on any given day if you don't make a conscious effort to avoid it. And yes, it does play a role in weight loss (well, water weight anyway--too much can cause you to retain fluid).

Feeling better today, just drugged from the Phenergan I took last night. Still not feeling up to a big workout, but I think I may walk on my afternoon break at work. Why does it take so long to feel normal again after a stomach bug? It just really drains everything out of you...:ohwell:

Are you eating the calories that you burn off during your exercise or are you staying strictly at 1200 cal/day? If you're not eating at least part of your exercise calories, it could be that your body is in starvation mode, actually dropping your metabolism. Just a thought. Hang in there and good luck!

Try putting the flavor packets in your water. There are all different flavors, so hopefully you can find a few that you like!

I haven't posted this week, but I am sticking with it! I have gotten in my exercise every day this week except Tuesday, and my water every day except Sunday, so here's where I stand: Workouts: 4/5 Water: 4/5 Not bad! Can't wait to weigh in tomorrow!

I just finished up the 30 day shred a few weeks ago and I loved it! I still do it occasionally because it's such a great 20 minute workout. I logged it as general circuit training.

I'm in on the no sweets challenge! I am SOO bad about eating a piece of candy here and a piece there...it all adds up! I love love love chocolate (well, anything sweet really) so this will be a tough one, but I'm up for it. I really would like to be under 170 this week!

I'm almost done with my 30 days and I've been logging it as circuit training, general, which seems to be the general consensus on here. 20 minutes for me is 213 cals.
