I cook with nonfat/skim milk and drink unsweetened almond milk. I hate drinking calories though, so I'll only drink almond milk post-workout mixed with protein powder.

No, it's fine. I rapidly shift between thinking I have a problem and thinking I'm perfectly fine. Health-wise, I actually am okay. My GP is not concerned. :)

I don't think I have an eating disorder. I just want to know what is considered "normal" for someone my height. And I think I have the general idea!

I usually give it about 2 weeks, unless they previously said they'd be gone for a specific reason. In which case, I won't delete them. The reason being, I don't need fair-weathered dieters. I need people who are as serious about this as I am.

Don't eat if you're not hungry, but if you are, stick to something high in protein. And shoot, you'd even have room for a little treat if you really wanted.

I've never tried slowly increasing/decreasing calories. I generally did what I listed for about a month or so and after seeing no improvement, I'd change my tactics.
