My sympathies!! While they're right, you should work out, eating lots of veggies full of water always gets me through.

Salads at chain restaurants are always shocking. 910 calories in the Quesadilla Explosion Salad from Chillis, and the dressing isn't even creamy (a key indicator of high-fat salads). I think that depends on your results, and whether or not you're hungry. If you feel starving, I'd say go for that extra snack, if not, don't worry about it.
