It's not my all-time favorite, but no one has mentioned Gigi so I figured I should represent.

It was perfectly clear to me.

Don't know if anyone has answered your question or not - to add your ticker click on the link at the top that says "Hi, [your user name]." That will take you to your profile. Your ticker is there with the option to Personalize it and to add it to your site. When you click to add it to your site it will tell you how to…

Leftovers from dinner. Seriously. I do it often.

Bump. Thanks for doing the work on this!

I agree with those who have suggested walking. If you don't exercise much and are looking for something that is simple, easy, and will keep you motivated, there is nothing that beats walking. Best thing about it is you can take your daughter with you so you can get her into the habit of exercising from an early age. I…

I love to cook; in fact I have had a food blog for the past 7 years: http://www.cookingwithoutanet.com/. Like most who have responded, I have found that cooking my own food has made it easier for me to lose weight. But, the changes I have made in my cooking over the years have had more to do with health than weight…

You can make creme fraiche yourself. Add 2 tablespoons of buttermilk to 1 cup of heavy cream and let it sit out for a few hours (yes, a few hours) until it has thickened. Once it has thickened put it in the fridge. It will keep for a week or so. Freezing it changes the texture but it can still be used in cooking. Or you…

Read this: http://www.amazon.com/Toxic-Parents-Overcoming-Hurtful-Reclaiming/dp/0553381407 Get therapy. If it doesn't help or the therapist doesn't understand then find another one. And another one. And another one until you find one that you connect with - they are all just people and you won't respond to all of them so…

I agree with this; the only thing I would add is that you can then use this as a starting point to start incorporating healthier foods into your diet. You don't have to change everything all at once; every small thing you do has a big impact. Maybe start with some fruits and vegetables you know you like to snack on instead…

When I quit smoking I would often have smoking dreams that would freak me out because they felt so real. I would wake up and have to go over the previous day several times in my mind to reassure myself that I hadn't actually lit a cigarette! I think that was my body trying to fool me into giving in and giving it what it…

I can finally say that is true for me, but it was a long slow process and definitely did not happen overnight. I'm no longer even tempted by my old favorites, even though I have also gotten to the point where I *can* only eat just one (or at least one serving) of pretty much any food, no matter how addictive it once was to…

It's not your goals that need to be changed. You need to go the My Home > Check In > and enter your new weight. THEN it will recalculate your goals.

True Romance will always be up at the top of my list, along with Local Hero and Black Orpheus

Wasn't that Brewer and Shipley?

I read a lot, too. it's hard to recommend books to someone when you don't know their taste. I did not like The Book Thief at all. I might have enjoyed it more if the author had done some research and knew anything about World War II, or perhaps if I had known less. In no particular order, these are books I have read and…
