Thanks for putting up the thread for today. This week has been crazy and I have fallen apart. My hospital merged with another system. So, we will have layoffs or bidding on our jobs from more senior people. So, I am kind of freaking out. Plus, I have schoolwork which sucks balls. Good news is the resume is fired up.

Hey, heartbreakers!! No posting here I guess. Today is no logging, sweets and wine, oh some potato chips too - back on track tomorrow. It's amazing how my fitbit can really keep me on track. I left it at home today and felt unmotivated when i don't see my calorie burn while working.

Down to 197.8 - even though I wanted to die this week. I only had wine on last Tuesday and did some good tracking, no eating out!! Lesson learned: Eat veggies with breakfast!! Not sure if you saw my last post - but, I recommended adding some strength exercise. Also, look up muscle confusion for working out. Concept is that your muscles "memorize" the workouts and therefore they become less effective. Might be worth looking into.

Tavia - it just worked out that way!! I am on track. I have been doing the arm circles with 3 lb. weights and they are so sore. I work the next 3 days so I've had to get it done early this week. Do hip circles at work to get your abs in!! It's easy and you can get your groove on. LOL
