I actually started drinking black coffee cuz I knew I had to give up diet soda and still wanted my caffeine fix. Took some getting used to (just like the diet pop) but I like it much better black now! :)

when I go to holiday parties, I try to focus on the other activities (i.e. socializing and catching up with others). when I walk past the cookies (my weakness) I remind myself that I can have a cookie some other time - when I'm skinny and have extra calories to use!! :)

drinking water and puttering around the house really helps me...then I remind myself of my goals and visualize myself at my goal weight and how good I will feel *hugs*

I agree... it's fine in moderation. But I find it seems to make me feel hungrier, for some reason. Not sure if anyone else feels that way. I recommend the diet A & W (with the aged vanilla)...soooo yummy!!
