Thank you so so so much. I'm a work in progress but I am feeling great about what I have accomplished so far. I've been to the gym every day for 50 days as of yesterday and I'm getting ready to head there now :) It's all about commitment!

Thank you! I do mainly planks, bridges and scissor kicks for the core. I also do 35 minutes on the ellipitical every day and I tighten my core intermittently while I'm doing that. Ignore the post above, forgot to "quote"

Thank you! I really wish that I didn't care what the scale says... But I do. Plus, according to "BMI" I'm obese... I would love to have a normal BMI LOL.
