it's so odd. one of my friends was a little thick for her height, but once she got with her boyfriend and started smoking weed all the time, the pounds just flew off. then she said she had to smoke to be able to eat? weirdest thing ever, and she swears by weed...the skinny *****....lol

I get TERRIBLE water retention and bloating. One time I went up 8 pounds if I recall correctly! But after it starts, miraculously all the weight is gone. It's freaking NUTS!

they're spicy chips that are rolled up like little taquitos...heaven in a bag. if they aren't local i suggest ordering some online to try on a cheat day...they're sooo good!

thanks! yeah, protein shakes i don't mind, but the fact that i can hardly eat fruit or carbs is the real killer...guess u gotta make some sacrifices if you want a sick body :)

Yup, originally I thought I had an ear infection from hell or strep but after seeing the doc there's no infection anywhere and after some poking and prodding he concluded it was a bad flare up from TMJ. Sucks cuz even drinking causes pain :( i guess ill suck it up...no pun intended hahaha

have you guys tried strictly green juicing? like cabbage and kale and whatnot? i'm curious, but don't want to be bummed out if i make one and it's utterly disgusting lol

thank you all for the advice and kind words of encouragement. i have gone through the clinical aspect, but have yet to see someone who can help me on a psychological level. i think i will start by going to support groups...i hate talking about my "issues" to professionals but i guess i need to to finally recover from this…

that pb2 stuff is foul. although it's lower in calories, you might as well have one tablespoon of the all natural stuff that will leave you satisfied and full with the natural good fats. i got stuck with a box of that crap and gave it away :(

Thank goodness there are people here that can confirm all is not loss. I found out i had hypothyroidism....AFTER gaining weight. SHoulda went to the doc beforehand! Blah!

Peanut butter is a personal fave, boiled rapini is also really yummy and super nutritious. Or sliced eggplant with marinara, nutritional yeast, and a sprinkling of parmesan and bread crumbs....low cal eggplant parmesan! Nomnomnom!
