@kkuehn6 i want to lose 65 lbs over probably a year and a half. I also want to get stronger, but don't have concrete goals there right now. More generally, I'd like to get back into dance and yoga and feel good about myself.

Bacon is the best! I eat it every weekday morning (get it at the office cafeteria) and have eaten it even when I'm at lower weights. If you don't have cholesterol problems, I see no reason with it. It helps me avoid those cravings later on and is surprisingly low cal.
